These terms apply when you use Minute Mind. Please read them alongside the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

A game, not a diagnosis

This game provides a short attention and response task for personal use. Scores and labels describe performance within the game. They are not medical or psychological advice, a diagnosis, or a validated assessment of ADHD or any other condition.

Do not use a score to make treatment, education or employment decisions. If you have concerns about attention or health, seek advice from a qualified professional. A score cannot replace that advice.

What a result means

Scores are calculated using the formula explained on the test page. They are for reference and may be affected by practice, distractions, your device or browser timing. Score bands are not population percentiles. No claim is made that a result predicts everyday performance.

Daily attempts and history are saved in your browser. Clearing data, changing browsers or changing devices can remove or separate those records. We do not provide an account backup or guarantee that local records will remain available.

Play and share fairly

Do not use automation or altered records to present fabricated scores as genuine, bypass the daily limit for a competitive claim, disrupt the site or attempt unauthorized access. There is no public leaderboard in this version. Shared scores are not independently verified, and their check code is not proof of fair play.

A shared link shows the date of the result. Different dates use different sequences, so do not present them as scores from the same challenge.

Content and intellectual property

You may play the game, link to it and share screenshots of your own results. Site code, writing and visual assets remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable licenses. These terms do not grant a right to copy the whole site, redistribute its assets or imply an endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the game or loss of locally stored records. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
